Michael McCrudden
Michael is the founder of Livingstead and brings over 40 years of experience in the property and construction industry. His family business, Reward Homes, a highly respected home builder, delivers over 100 homes per year to a range of buyers in Sydney and Central Coast.
Michael has a passion for quality, transparency and sustainability. He is a firm believer in delivering only the best quality at every stage, from the selection of materials to the final construction.
Michaels motivation for establishing Livingstead was to extend the principles of his home building business into residential land development
Lincoln Frost
As the Co-Founder and Finance Director of Livingstead, Lincoln Frost brings a wealth of experience from a 12-year-long diverse career in the finance industry. His extensive knowledge encompasses funds management, non-bank capital, and wealth management.
With an unwavering commitment to financial excellence, Lincoln diligently ensures every project Livingstead embarks on is backed by a solid financial foundation. His knowledge of private capital markets provides the assurance that each project will be executed smoothly, within the stipulated timeframe and on budget. Lincoln's passion lies in marrying financial prudence with efficient project delivery.
